how can I hatch pokemon eggs quickly in pokemon platinum?

The most common trick people use is the bicycle, Solaceon Town, Route 209 & 210. Have a Pokemon (or two) with either Magma Armor or Flame Body in your party near the eggs. The abilities half the amount of steps you need to take to hatch the egg, the routes allow one to simply go up & down about 260 steps each way. It doesn't usually take too long to hatch any eggs like that.
