I hope you have not saved, because once a Pokemon eats a Poffin, it cannot un-eat it. All you can do is turn off your DS or do a Soft Reset without saving. To get a stat up tied to Poffins, try to get a higher level Poffin of that flavor.
Owo what the heck is a soft-reset?
