    You actually encounter Rotom in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest inside a TV in the building.

    There was a while where you could get a special key via the Mystery Gift, which is enabled in the Jubilife TV station, that would allow you transform Rotom. Just seems like a bit of confusion there.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
