    You can only migrate Pokemon from the GBA games after you gain the National Pokedex. Aside from that, be sure to visit the Pal Park to make sure everything is in working order.

    If it has worked in the past but is not working at present, then you need to catch the Pokemon you have migrated onto your cartridge.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
