Do pokemon learn level up moves while in day care center

I have a female eevee and male luxio in day carre center and theyve been gaining a lot of levels, what happens to the moves they were supposed to learn in those levels do they still learn them

In the daycare, they do everything EXCEPT evolve.

As they level up, they still learn the moves they should at particular levels. As far as relearning any of them, just bring the Pokemon and a Heart scale to the move tutor in the middle of Pastoria City.

what if they already have 4 moves how can they learn more

The moves start to replace the moves they already know. Sometimes this can be a bit of a pain, but, like I said earlier, that's what the move tutor is for ^_^

How does this work for Pokemon Yellow? I put an Abra with the daycare and when I got him back at level 18 he still only knew teleport. Once I leveled him up to 19 he evolved into Kadabra and learned disable at level 20 but no other moves.
