no, once you hit lvl 100, the pokemon stops gaining any exp, and cannot level up. They also stop gaining any ev's from battle at this point.

A quick note to this is that, even though they don't gain exp, their share is still taken out of the exp pool, so any other pokemon that took part in the battle will recieve less than if they'd fought alone.
