    what is the best level to have my Riolu evolve to lucario?

    Level 25 is the best time to evolve Riolu.
    This is right after it learns Screech, which is a very useful move for Lucario because most of its moves strike on the physical defense.

    At lvl 29, it's learned all its moves in that form, giving you a chance to making any final changes, if you take it this far. You will miss the first-shot at some of Lucario's moves, but some Heart Scales and the Move Tutor can remedy that.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
