    The one that gives the best would be Gengar, which is very rarely found in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest when a GBA Pokemon cartridge is inserted.

    Still, the Old Chateau is the best place to train Special Attack EVs as you will mostly find Gastlys which only give that EV.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
