    As some are exclusively released by Nintendo, you can get 23 on your own, all detailed in this guide:
    Pokemon Platinum Poketch Applications Guide

    The rest you would need to hack your game or to attend a Nintendo event that gives them away.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
