    There is only really one reason she won't give an Eevee to you:
    There is no space in your party. You need at least one slot open to receive your Eevee.

    She will say this, but if her dialogue mentions nothing at all about this, then you have already received the Eevee from her.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
