keep battling with eevee and lots of trips to the pokemon centre afterwards. if eevee gets burnt or poisoned, heal it with a potion as soon as possible or take it to the pokemon centre immediately. as leaving eevee with poisoning or burns will decrease its happiness.

if you can take it for massages at veilstone city and if you have one use a soothe bell these will all increase eevee's happiness faster!
