To share a Mystery Gift, choose "Check Card", then hit "A" on the card you want. If it can be shared, the option should be shown on the list. Simply confirm that you want to then and have your friend receive the gift.

To receive a Mystery Gift from a friend, simply choose "Receive" then "Get From A Friend" in the Mystery Gift Menu.
