    To get Togepi happy, I would recommend reading this guide:
    Pokemon Platinum Happiness Guide

    It covers the basics while some of the comments cover the specifics. It will help you get Togepi to Togetic (or Togekiss) in very little time.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
