difference pal and ntsc stadium events

Whats the difference between the pal and ntsc version stadium events?

One of them is for NTSC Systems and the other for PAL

I mean how can you tell by looking at the cartridge if it is the pal version or the ntsc one

I know the PAL version is a lot more common.

Don't remember how you can tell the difference though...
