    Some people suggest it some people don't. I personally wouldn't because your going to end up buying alot of cards to fill in the starter deck anyway, find a deck online that you would prefer to play and build it.

    I bought one and it was fantastic. You can play right away with one of those as long as you take a few of the cards out, because they include some that are completely incompatible with 95% of the rest of the deck and are therefore useless for the time being.
    I recommend it.

    I would only suggest starter decks if you intend to gut them or are just starting out and looking to add mass to your collection. Once in a while, there will be a gem or few that is more easily obtained from a starter than as singles, but I usually stay away from them.
