how to win in turn 4 magic the gathering decks

with what deck can i win magic game in turn 4?

sooo many i will not list them ... thewre are even a lot of decks that wint turn 3. turn 2 your staring to see fewer decks same as turn 1. turn zero there was only ever 1 deck that could do that.

as long as your not playing control, lock, midragen agro or agro-control you should be able to win turn 4 ...

how do u win turn zero

your oppoent starts the game. youz have not had a turn yet so its your turn "zero". befor the game begins you bring a Gemstone Caverns with a luck counter into play.

now its your opponents upkeep. he has not even had the chance to play a land. he passed priortiy. you remove an Elvish Spirit Guide or Simian Spirit Guide to add G or R to your mana pool (doesn't matter it will pay for colorless). then tap the cavern for U. you now have 1U in your manapool.

now you play Flash putting a Protean Hulk into play. you can't pay the rest of the cost so you have to sacrifice the hulk. the leaves play effect triggers. that brings a couple of creatures into play that combo for infinite damge = you win.

if your oppent has a free counter to stop you dont worry the deck uses 4 x Force of Will and 4 x Pact of Negation. so you just counter thier counter.

statisticly the deck pulled this play about 5-10% of the games but its the only deck that was ever able to do something like that.

The 0 turn combo is the one that will take your opponent by surprise the most...

when it was tournament leagl it did not suprise but realy bore everyone. for three weeks you could play the flash hulk deck or not play at all in legacy and vintage because this realy was the only deck every that could only be beat by someon playing the same deck ...

then they banned flash ^^

mana vault is legacy banned and vintage restricted so playing more than 1 in casual is something i consider a little un-fun but your play group might see it diffrent.

dark ritual would do it too though ^^

Except when you cast that Rat and your ripple 4 lands, or other cards that aren't relentless rats. I've seen it happen a few times with a deck like that. It ran 20 rats I think...

@lakepirate - haha yeah, i believe it. As awesome as the deck is, it has its flaws. Like any deck.


@seba - yeah because mana vault is op. but for casual its great and your friends get annoyed. So its a play once in a blue moon deck...atleast with my friends anyways.
