Default Question about magosi, the waterveil

If you had 2 Magosi, the Waterveils in play and used both of their abilities on the same turn, you would only have to skip one turn right?

no they are separate abilities. you activate one and it goes on the stack then you activate the other and it goes on the stack. As they resolve you will skip you next turn then the one after it as the next resolves.

if you path to exile the magosi after the other player has already put a counter on it, will other player still have to skip a turn?

Well first of all, Path to Exile only hits creatures, and Magosi's a land.

But assuming something like this did happen, then yes, Magosi's controller would still have to skip a turn. That's part of the effect the ability generates as it resolves, and no matter what happens to Magosi after its ability has been played, the turn will be skipped.
