So what is the goal in this deck? I see a lot of artifacts, mana production, and mana reduction.

Cast Semblence Anvil, imprinting an artifact. From there, cast any of your 2 mana artifacts for free. Each of them lets you draw a card when it comes into play, hopefully drawing into more 2-drop artifacts that draw you a card when it comes into play. This will result in a board that's just full of random artifacts in just a few turns. Then either beat face with a massive Broodstar or Juggernaut, or pull off DocTezz's ultimate for massive damage.
