I would take off quag sickness and instead put in either Inquisition of Kozilek or Sign in Blood I think those 2 cards would be more effective in that deck

Well, I think you should put more cheap creatures, like Guul Draz assassin from RoE, Pulse Tracker, and Bloodghast, and you should take out the bloodhusk ritualists, and Drana, probably. Then You should add 2 or 3 Captivating Vampire and a couple of demon of death's gate.
i would change some of the discard spells you have with some cheap kill spells, like Disfigure, and Deathmark.
A couple od Sign in Blood would work pretty good too.
