ok your trying to use the crab ... so you want to put lots of lands into play. rampand growth, harrow and about 8 fetchlands should do the trick.
your also running the cobra so you will have a lot of mana avalible. you can throw all of that mana into early traumatize. when running traumatize you realy want to splash black (not a probleme with all the landsearch, fetches and cobra) for haunting echos. since your running black you can go with mind funeral too.
there you have a solid start for a decent U/G/b mill deck ...
