how do you enter action replay codes?

It's easiest through the computer, where you can simply type it all in using the keyboard.
Go to the game you want to add the code to, left click, select "Enter New Cheat". It opens up a window where you can type in the name and paste (or type in) in the code.

In the AR:
Go to the game, choose the option at the top of the screen on the code select screen. Name it, and manually enter the code.

Proper AR codes should be 2 sets of 8 (for a total of 16 per row) alphanumeric sequences, separated by a space (looking like this: 94000130 fffb0000).

Unfortunately, I will never be giving out AR codes in these forums, as they focus on video games and not the cheat devices used in them.
