in Civilization 5 why did they change Mother Russia ability to Siberian Riches?

Anyone know why the change in the name of the Russian unique trait from "Mother Russia" to "Siberian Riches" in Civ V? I thought "Mother Russia" is a cooler name for their ability since Russia is the motherland
