    Default Stuck in Skyrim/ ancient technology!

    I have been sent to get schematics for crossbow upgrade, problem is can't find the place! Anyone heard of Fahlbtharz? i have spent 2 days looking for it without any Luck. Help would be much appreciated!

    In case someone else gets this and is seeking the location, it is in a Dwemer ruin located in the Northern Mountainous Region of Solstheim. It is one of 3 ruins located there!
