I am curious about a book that was found after my father passed away. We were cleaning out the garage and found a book call Schultz's Deutsch-Amerikanisches Koch-Buch. When I tried to find information about it online I was able to see that it was a German American cookbook. It was published in 1891 by C.H.Rohde Co in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I am not sure if there is any value to it. I don't want to dispose of it until I know a little more about it. Of course it is all written in German so I don't know what it says. If anyone has any idea about it I would appreciate any input. Thank you in advance.
