I like this idea. It's a very old idea though and probably doesn't need to be key worded. I mean it could be keyworded, but it doesn't have to be because it's such a narrow/niche ability it probably wouldn't be on many cards and is simple enough not to need keywordage.

I agree with guy. Also, you're going to need to be clearer - can this be exiled from your library by something like Extract? The rules are clear (it can be), but I can see many people getting it wrong.

"Can't be the target of spells or abilities you opponent controls," would probably be more likely to be used. But, you would still get the same effect.
