No, that's precisely why it needs to have at least one solid blue mana. Unlike Surgican Extraction, countering spells is a solidly blue mechanic that you shouldn't give any colour the ability to do freely.
i dont know. two mana and 4 life to counter a spell if you're not playing blue? seems like a fair trade as far as countering goes
No way... Blue should be the only thing in standard to counter spells so U mana should be required. Also, notice how there isn't a mix of phyrexian mana and normal mana. You have to have all or none... or...
