Why not just say players cannot take control of other players creatures?
1) With this card you can have opponent waste mana on capturing one of your creature, and only then lay it down rendering his creatures useless (If I just did an enchantment that doesnt allow control in the first place he wouldnt have wasted his mana)
2) Sometimes you want to donate cards to other player, but dont want him to use them against you- for example abyssal persecutor. My card lets you still do that.
I wouldn't mind if someone attacked me with abyssal persecutor because it says i can't lose. So I win until they destroy it. Either way, if I wanted an opponent to have a card I would bazaar trade it to them. I wouldn't give them a card if it meant losing the game either.
nice card but maybe call it some other name because "loyalty" is attributed to planeswalker loyalty so might be confusing
