Default Divine Verdict Destroy target attacking or blocking creature combat removed magic fa

If I play a Divine Verdict on someone's creature after it has been declared as blocker, can he cast Infiltrate in response on my attacking creature, and would that save his creature from the divine veredict?

No. Unblockability (like other evasion abilities) only work while blockers are being declared. Once blockers are declared, that's it - gaining or losing evasion abilities won't stop them. Even though your creature is unblockable now, it's still being blocked. And since his creature is blocking it, it's still a legal target for Divine Verdict.
