    Default Mass Hysteria All creatures have haste my creatures?

    if I play the spell Mass Hysteria does it affect only my creatures since I control the enchantment or does it also affect other player's creatures

    All creatures means exactly that - all creatures. If it only meant creatures you control, it would say that (see also: Fervor).
