Suntouched Myr sunburst enters battlefield with a +1/+1 counter for each color mana

Question about Suntouched Myr and sunburst

1) If I pay RRG, does it come into play with 2 counters or 3?

2) Can I pay extra, say RGBUW, even though it only costs 3, so that it comes into play with 5 counters on it?

1. Two counters. Sunburst counts the number of different colours paid, which in this case is two.

2. No, you can't spend more just cause you want to. If something like, say, Feroz's Ban was in play making you spend more, then you could spend WUBRG and get more counters.
