for Skyshroud Ridgeback do I need to remove fade counter from it the turn it comes into play or only starting the next turn?

You'll need to remove a counter at the beginning of your upkeep. The upkeep is the second phase in a turn, following the untap, which you can't do anything in. Generally, you only cast creature spells in your main phase, long after your upkeep, so you won't need to remove a counter.

The only way you'll need to remove a counter on the turn you cast it is if you're enchanted by Paradox Haze and control Vedalken Orrery (or one of the cards like it) and cast the Ridgeback during your first upkeep.
