    Default Act of Treason summoning sickness magic rulings

    If I play Act of Treason, after the creature returns to the other player's control, will it have summoning sickness next turn?

    No. It'll return at the end of the turn, meaning it'll start the turn under his control and therefore not be affected by summoning sickness.
