    Yep. This means you can't sacrifice a Sprouting Thrinax and its babies to a creature with annihilator 4.

    If you were being attacked by two creatures, one with annihilator 1 and one with 3, it would be a different story. Hell, even if it were just one creature with annihilator 1 and annihilator 3, you could pull it off. But just plain annihilator 4, no luck.
