    Default can you target a plainswalker when the player has shroud? mtg

    can you target player's planeswalkers when the player has shroud (like when player controls a True Believer)?

    Depends on what you want to do to it. If it's a burn spell like Lightning Bolt, then no, since that has to target the player first, then have the damage redirected to the walker. But if you want to target the walker directly with something like Boomerang or Vindicate, then yes.
    Fluttershy is best pony.
