    Default Kira, Great Glass-Spinner and equip rulins

    what happens when I equip a creature first time in turn with Kira, Great Glass-Spinner is in play, is the equipment countered and does it stay on the battlefield and can I try equipping a second time the same creature with that same equipment?

    The equipment isn't countered - the equip ability is countered. You can then use the equip ability again to equip it.
