the card faerie conclave that says

1+blue mana: Faerie Conclave becomes a 2/1 blue Faerie creature with flying until end of turn

does the "until end of turn" refer both to the creature and flying part (so when end of turn comes it no longer has flying and no longer a creature) or only to the flying part (so it remains a creature but it loses flying)?

It refers to the whole ability. At the end of the turn, it'll stop being a creature entirely.
