If I cast a Puppeteer Clique and I put target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under my control but before end of turn the puppeteer clique dies, do i get to keep the creature which I put under my control since Puppeteer Clique left play before the exile effect triggered?

No. The ability that exiles the creature is a delayed triggered ability that was set up when the Clique's ETB ability resolved. Whatever happens to the Clique before then, the ability will trigger and exile the creature regardless.
