if i mind control other player's Sprouting Thrinax and it gets destroyed, who gets the tokens me or him

Since you controlled the Thrinax when it died, you control the triggered ability, so you get the tokens.

but doesnt it hit owner's graveyard not his?

It does, but the Thrinax doesn't care whose graveyard it hits - it only says "a graveyard".
