decimate Dread Statuary manland artifact land creature?

if i use decimate and there is Dread Statuary who is in manland status, can it satisfy 3 of my targets?

Yup, you can choose the same permanent to satisfy multiple targets.

yea and if he happened to use Copy Artifact on his manland then you can have 1 card be the target for all 4 targets
