Decimate Totem Armor magic rulings destroy artifact creature enchantment land faq

if i play decimate and a creature has enchanted with totem armor can i choose order of what i destroy with decimate so that i can destroy totem armor first and then creature?

i think the card is pretty clear it says Destroy target artifact, target creature, target enchantment, and target land. so 1st you destroy artifact, then you destroy creature and totem armor gets activated and that enchantment gets destroyed, then you destroy enchantment but that fizzles since its already destroyed, and then last you destroy the land

Yup. You follow the instructions on the order written on the card, meaning you first destroy the creature, causing totem armour to kick in, then you destroy the enchantment, which is already gone so that doesn't do anything.
