400.3. If an object would go to any library, graveyard, or hand other than its owner's, it goes to its owner's corresponding zone.

i once mind controlled a creature and when it died i put it in my graveyard because i didnt knwo it goes to owners graveyard and after the game i shuffled the graveyard into my deck and then the next day my friend called me a thief and said i stole his creature
