Decimate do you need artifact creature enchantment land to cast

do you really need creature enchantment land artifact on battlefield to cast decimate and if other player doesnt have and you have do you have to target yourself?

Yes, that's the drawback of Decimate. You can't play it without choosing all of its targets. And if your opponent has a creature or an enchantment you really need to blow up but no artifacts, you'll have to target one of your own artifacts.
