2 Saproling Burst in play one leaves do all tokens leave too? magic rules

if i have 2 sarproling burst in play and one of them leaves do all tokens die or just from one that left battlefield

Each Burst tracks its own tokens. Getting rid of one Burst will destroy the tokens put into play by that Burst, but not the other.

but like what if there are 4 saproling bursts in play and a lot of tokens how do you remember which token belongs to which

so what if i enchant token with indestructibality and then the saproling goes away and then later if indestructibility gets disenchanted does token die at that moment because the father saproling is no longer in play?

No, Saproling Burst has one triggered ability that tries to destroy the tokens at that point. After it's resolved, it won't try to do it again.
