Tainted Aether Bestial Menace Rulings put creature tokens into the battlefield magic

if I have Tainted Aether in play and I play Bestial menace can I put the creatures onto the opponent's side of the battlefield under his control so he has to sac 3 lands? I think so because Bestial menace doesnt say I have to put the creatures on my side of the battlefield but wanted to double check here

No, you can't.

why not, it doesnt say on which side of battlefield to put creatures it just says to put them into the battlefield?

It doesn't need to say, because it puts them under your control by default. If it let you put it under someone else's control, it would say so.
