If other player attacks me with an it that betrays and I control a sacred ground, I sacrifice 2 lands, under whose control do they enter the battlefield?

I would say even with the enchantment up you still lose the lands and they come into play for your opponent. The reason being Annihilator dosn't specify "land" it states "permanent" so you choose to sac land for yourself it's not an ability that says you have to sac land.
Arix will clear this up if incorrect thats just how I read the cards.
No, that's not right. It doesn't matter that you chose to sac the land - it's still an abilit controlled by your opponent that caused the land to go to your graveyard, so Sacred Ground will trigger.
Since two triggered abilities are going on the stack at the same time, they go on in APNAP order (active player, non-active player). Since your opponent is attacking, he must be the active player, so ITB's ability will go on the stack first, then Sacred Ground's ability. This mens Sacred Ground's ability will resolve first, giving you the land before your opponent can get it.
