    Default Question about Declaring Blockers

Ok so here's another one of those rules i'm not too sure with...

Scenario: My opponent has 2 creatures out, we'll say a 6/6 and a 3/3, and is blocking my creature (we'll say 3/3 for the purpose of this example)....

I attack with my 3/3, my opponent decides to block with the 6/6 creature, I then play path to exile on 6/6 creature.... I have 2 questions about this scenario.

    1. Can my opponent decide to then block with the 3/3 creature AFTER he declared his 6/6 blocker that got exiled?

    2. Will my 3/3 creature be blocked by the 6/6, even if i play an instant like path to exile or unsummon after he declares blockers?

any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

once blockers are declared you cant change blockers.

also the 3/3 will continue to be considered blocked by the 6/6 even after its exiled. so it wont do any damage unless it has trample (but it also wont die since 6/6 is not there to deal it the damage) but nothing can change the fact that its blocked already
