    Default if creature has both level counters & +1/+1 counters will vampire hexmage remove both

    if creature has both level counters and +1/+1 counters will vampire hexmage remove both types or do I have to choose which once to remove?

    Hexmage says "all counters", and it really means it. All counters of all types will be removed.
