It removes the totem armor, according to the text on the totem armor rules.

Totem armor is sort of like regenerate, only after the enchantment is removed (preventing the destructing of the creature via destruction spells, damaging spells, or combat damage), the creature stays in combat. (Regenerate removes the creature from combat).

Also note that you'll lose life equal to the creature's toughness after the totem armour is removed. If, for example, you cast Vendetta on a Glory Seeker enchanted with Mammoth Umbra, first the Umbra is destroyed, then you lose 2 life.
