    u can regenerate but it wont do any good because the creature will still have the -*/-* counters on it and regenerate doesnt remove those counters so the creature will still die

    Isn't the rules about ''regenerate'' are

    ''the next time it would be destroyed,, it isn't..''

    so,, can i rely on those words...?

    If not,, can u tell me where are the article/rules that supports ur answer...?

    The thing is that a creature having 0 or less toughness due to a -X/-X effect doesn'tcount as destroynig the creature. It just plain ships the creature off to the graveyard. Since it doesn't count as destruction, regeneration does nothing. Here's a quote from the comp. rules:

    704.5f. If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it's put into its owner's graveyard. Regeneration can't replace this event.
    Fluttershy is best pony.
