Default Frenzied Goblin ability rulings mtg Whenever Frenzied Goblin attacks, you may pay R

When a Frenzied Goblin attacks, can I pay R more then once so that many creatures cannot block?

I had the same question about Kalista Highborn's ability as well.

I was told that you can only pay the cost once since they are not Mulitkickers

    It's not.

The fact is though that it's a triggered ability that triggers once and resolves once. When it resolves, you get two choices - pay R and prevent something from blocking; or don't. Those are your only two options.
